NHS Employee ReviewRadiographer
Radiographer (Current Employee) - York, North Yorkshire - 23 May 2022
Worked here 22 years. Secure employment, decent pension, good annual leave days. Overtime a constant, always available due to being understaffed consistantly
Cons
Stressful, frustrating

Do not work here.
Radiographer (Former Employee) - Radiology - 3 September 2020
I worked here in the radiology department. I would not consider ever working here again. The staff are rude, unapproachable and are very unhelpful. There is a lot of unprofessional practice that is ignored by management. I did not feel valued as a member of staff. The turn-over of staff in this department is high, leaving mid yorkshire with a damaged reputation.
Pros
none
Cons
Management, Rude unhelpful unfriendly staff

HCA (Current Employee) - York, North Yorkshire - 13 April 2022
Very secure but too much bureaucracy. Even basic change has to go through numerous levels of approval and takes a long time. But the team and culture is generally good.
Pros
Secure. Good team.
Cons
Not much room to progress. Change is slow.
