Call Handler (Former Employee) - Dudley, West Midlands - 24 August 2019
If you want to be moaned at for taking a breather for exactly 45 seconds and being told to hurry up and take another call, always put down always told what your doing wrong , people are always leaving that says it in itself, very unprofessional no structure no constructive criticism to better yourself, your timed going to the toilet and every move in the centre watched, the stress and pressure I'd beyond what people tell you. Your over worked and underpaid

STUDENT NURSE (Former Employee) - Dudley, West Midlands - 8 November 2018
most staff are unfriendly, the hospital is poorly run, way too much focus on politics and not enough on patient care. it is a stressful environment and there is a lack of support

a good place to work
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) - Dudley - 3 April 2018
typical day at work includes doing the rounds picking up notes tracking them in and out when finished the best part is knowing you have done it well and to the best of your ability.

Great Organisation
Finance Work Placement (Former Employee) - Dudley - 30 July 2015
My main duties and responsibilities would be reporting to the Corporate Finance & Business Manager. I would assist with the monthly reporting of the Corporate and Community functions financial position. This would involve:
- Calculating, preparing and inputting accruals and prepayments onto the ledger.
- Downloading the monthly position into Excel.
- Reconciling the Corporate budget and financial position to the ledger.
- Assisting the Corporate Finance & Business Manager with forecasting the monthly position.
I was also made a Budget Officer for several Corporate budgets where I would communicate with the Budget Managers through email, telephone and meetings if they wanted to make changes to or had queries about their budget.
I also assisted in the Procurement department by authorising invoices with a value up to £2000. I would assess whether the trust can order external goods by using the correct ordering procedures.
During my placement I spent time as part of the Financial Services team inputting invoices on to the ledger, changing Suppliers' account details and payment methods and also raising invoices.
My placement enabled me to develop good IT skills through using Microsoft packages such as Excel on a daily basis. I became proficient at using V-Lookups and Pivot tables to assist me with my daily duties.
