NHS Employee Review

Struggling but its trying

Just like any other NHS organisation, RFT is struggling with the challenges faced due to waiting lists, strikes etc. It tries hard to listen to employees. Not all problems can be fixed though.

Good and friendly people

Very friendly team, but the shifts are all over the place, hence you have to work with different people everyday. The break is so short, you have to be on break alone and have no time to interact with your colleagues
