I enjoyed working for NHS and shall forever remember the support and team spirit in all departments that work tirelessly to achieve support of health.

Very poor mental health provision

The IT dept runs a VERY stressful environment and discards you without compassion or compensation when you suffer the inevitable mental break down due to the unrealistic work pressures & demands

Great place to work

Great place to work good team fair treatment good rate for the job I would definitely recommend working for Dumfries and Galloway NHS and would work with them again.

Some really nice staff & a fair few staff you wish you never laid eyes on

When you meet Patients that are going for a procedure there quite distressed & worried the satisfaction on they face after you have reassured them everything will be ok.
