Can be stressful

There are colleagues and managers who really try, but there are also cliques and you feel uncomfortable. Can be stressful when busy/understaffed. It does feel like they try to value the individual but day to day this is somehow lost. Long hours - often working over. New initiative means you tend to get lunch breaks as you should.

Dreadful full of bullies with toxic egos And the mist uncaring inconsiderate People I’ve ever metHowever not at RUH Bath that was the exceptionThe staff in Bath were outstandingBut elsewhere I’ve worked they were as I’ve said horrible people
