NHS Employee Review
Worst job I've ever had
Administrator (Current Employee) - Norfolk - 7 June 2023
Poor managers. No processes (shouldn't happen in the NHS). High admin staff turnover. Huge workloads with tight deadlines. Dozens of emails not able to answer. Lots of responsibility for low pay. Staff expected to take on extra duties outside their pay grade. Rude & aggressive patients. Not a clinical role, just admin support staff. Fixed term contract only extended a few days before finish date.

Frustrating but great colleagues
Administrator (Current Employee) - Worcester - 13 September 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Hybrid working, kind and considerate colleagues What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Outdated systems and procedures. Too much paperwork when it could be all digitalised and streamlined What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Very good- managers do look after their employees’ wellbeing What is a typical day like for you at the company? Heaps of paperwork- also using many separate systems to complete tasks

Very tolerant place to work, friendly environment. There is no pressure to hit target. This place cares about people. You don't feel like you are only number.
