Long days and not fun
Receptionist (Former Employee) - Walsall, West Midlands - 21 November 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Set days off always a weekend off What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Amount of stress that you have to get through when you can’t offer a patient an appointment when all the other admin work gets on top of you and you don’t get any help What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Boring and robot like the other doctors are private and will treat and speak to you like you mean nothing What is a typical day like for you at the company? Calls from 8am non stop all day plus admin work if you are scheduled for it

Ok
Receptionist (Current Employee) - Tayside Region - 14 November 2023
Ok place to work. Management could do with an overhaul. If you get a good team to work with you're sorted, if not, you're stuffed. Wage not reflective of duties and responsibilities - poor in comparison. Much room for improvement but no one listens.

Occupational Therapist (Former Employee) - Milton Keynes - 16 April 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Don’t value the staff, not even interested in any sort of retention. Will happily over spend on agency staff unesscarily. Pay is not fair or equal for the jobs being done What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The lack of support, the fact they don’t structure to retain staff What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Toxic, unsupportive, o career progression What is a typical day like for you at the company? Over workers, underpaid, expectations for you to work at a banding much higher than you actully are but for half the pay and no recognition of this
