You have good purpose working for the NHS, and although individual managers can be subjective, the role is great. The benefits working for an organisation like the NHS are great, like pension, protected hours, and annual leave. I enjoy the working with people aspect.

Nice and helpful colleagues, left the job due to long travel times. Majority of the seniors were nice , flexible working time.However, poor pay based compared with the workload.

Good place to work, friendly staff who support one another. Good working benefits such as holiday and pension. Lots of training in place and constant improvement strategies.

Good days and bad days as with any job but satisfactionWorkplace environment can be toxic and difficult to be in Pay is definitely not reflective of job roles
