Overall it was alright. I was a full time worker, although it was for a short period of time I enjoyed it. Training was for a couple of days . Management was also great

Ok place to work - reasonable money and intensive training period

Long training period, with supportive trainers. Very unsociable hours with reasonable pay (definitely needs increasing for the job you’re doing) and more support needed for difficult calls
