Unprofessional and no support

As a former and present worker there is no support, management is really bad can't trust certain ones clinics and cafeteria always not clean bathrooms unsanitary for staff and patients trash cans be running over in cafeteria ,someanagement treat employees wrong and are rude and never truthful have no respect for employees they show favoritism.
