Thoroughly enjoyed my time
Interim Water Quality Manager (Former Employee) - Watford, Hertfordshire - 21 May 2021
I worked in the Estates Dept and reported to a manager who was great to work with and for.Sadly, due to the commute from S. London to Watford the position wasn't sustainable despite my managers efforts to accomodate the work/ life balance.
Pros
Flexible working within the demands of the hospital. Great people.
Cons
100 miles/day commute using the M25!

Management don't like change
Quality Manager (Former Employee) - Quality - 25 January 2022
Lots of management have been in their positions for a while and have no desire to move up or out, just want to do things how they have always been done (delegate everything)
