Good place to work
Quality Manager (Current Employee) - Essex - 21 April 2017
Good place to work, encourages a work/life balance, encourages learning, my typical day is spent ensuring both departments where i work are adhering to Quality Standards and Regulations, also dealing with staff issues and admin

Thoroughly enjoyed my time
Interim Water Quality Manager (Former Employee) - Watford, Hertfordshire - 21 May 2021
I worked in the Estates Dept and reported to a manager who was great to work with and for. Sadly, due to the commute from S. London to Watford the position wasn't sustainable despite my managers efforts to accomodate the work/ life balance.
Pros
Flexible working within the demands of the hospital. Great people.
Cons
100 miles/day commute using the M25!

Management don't like change
Quality Manager (Former Employee) - Quality - 25 January 2022
Lots of management have been in their positions for a while and have no desire to move up or out, just want to do things how they have always been done (delegate everything)
Pros
Staff care about what they are doing
Cons
Poor pay
