You get a/l for every shift worked and it adds up.
Holiday is given per shift; i.e. the more you work, the more you'll earn
There was not enough shifts available for my role with the time I was needing at that time and therefore they terminated my contract because I had not worked in a set period. I would not have left the organisation.
