NHS Professionals Employee Review
Challenging environment, rewarding role. A lot of admin and shift rotation.
Registered Nurse (Current Employee) - Essex - 30 September 2023
Working for the NHS is fine, as a band 5 you have a lot of responsibilities and pressure. But the support is typically there if needed, sickness policy was good for me as long as it’s used appropriately. Alot of shift rotation which physically can take its toll on you, as long as you can evidence this shouldn’t be an issue. Always overtime available typically which is nice

Flexible
Staff Nurse (Current Employee) - Norfolk - 21 November 2023
Choose shift when you want, best flexibility of any role I’ve ever had. Only concern is if there aren’t many shifts, but that is no different to any other agency
