Is good and flexible. Can pick up shift when you want it, no career progression as promised at the onset. Some permanent staff don’t appreciate nhsp staff.

What is the best part of working at the company?Getting lucrative pension benefits and.good working conditions!What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Injury @ work caused by service users & non payments. Not getting enough support in difficult situations!What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Work environment not really safe owing to inadequate staffing levels when the ward has really bad patients eg ex prisoners!What is a typical day like for you at the company?Very busy, stressful & hectic days @ times!

no career progression, but very easy to book shifts on the app, they have a team that call you randomly to book shifts but is not very helpful as the app does everything. most departments are very good to work with. trying to get hold or contact nhsp is very difficult.
