  • Firstly I would get HR to reply to emails especially when it comes to complaints ect.. The CEO should go under cover and actually visit some of the stores and find out what is going on. then they would find out what you are treated like and how the so called cleaning managers are really like and the way they treat there staff

  • First of all I wouldn't ask someone to do that I wouldn't do myself.Secondly I wouldn't allow staff, manager or otherwise to have their nails done and then come in to help the next day when staff are at the bear minimum and not muck in, only to dictate to other staff what the other staff should be doing.I wouldn't allow the store manager to make false accusations of a member of the cleaning team when he knows full well that the cleaner is a hardworking member of staff and does everything they are asked.And I wouldn't employ people who ignore or do not know the concept of the call outs on the store tannoy for in store cleaners.I was victimised bullied and pushed put of my role as was my previous I.s.c.m.
