What is it like to work here and can you progress with this company

Unless you're related to, dating or married to or doing "favours" for someone already in management do not expect progress of any kind. It's a nightmare to work for this company and I'd reccomend just finding something else.

I read a lot of negatives, but I worked here. I do not recommend to anyone. awful, inaccurate, cheats. payslip is only after the transfer. payroll was never good. I always got less money. yes, i complained to the manager who said intezi, then no tortent nothing.not much penz but i worked for it. when I resigned, they did not pay for my remaining leave. everyone escape from this company

I wouldn't recommend working for these.
You get little training, expected to do jobs above pay grade.
I experienced staff going into self isolation so there were staff who came to cover. A couple were good, but then others muscled their way in, upsetting existing staff who were basically told to suck it up, some left because of the temporary staff, I stood up for myself because I had hours taken off me to accommodate these new staff, but when I stood upto them they gave me every excuse why hours were taken off me. I spoke and aired my grievances with my then cleaning manager, but then they were pushed out. I was next on their list as I wouldn't and never tolerate bullying, the next thing I'm given notice. This was unfair dismissal, bullying and harassment.
Shameful and disgusting company

Progress??? Only if you're "related" to someone higher

This company is great to work for with good area and Reginal support plus store support Supervisor just a text or phone call away. And always areas to progress.

You may be able to progress to potatoes chopper, as.most of.the people been in there job yrs and.our very protective/aggressive.bout new comers coming in.amd.trying different things

Awful company not supportive in anyway.expect so much for so little but not even respect loyalty or support,unless your dancing to their tune you won't last,but wether you do or don't you won't get paid right either way
