Alot of.the time.i.worked.on my own and i hadn't been.there long.had no.breaks.. there should always be.two.people.at least out.machine's were.always breaking.down making work alot harder People.iE me.were.used like.skivvies then learning.kitchen assistants wanting.to learn and experience new things but unfortunately to.many.cooks.spoil the.broath as.they would say or.it could be just down.to pure bullying and self obsessions.

The upper managements management style. Not having the correct tools to help staff succeed. It was embarrassing the struggle to get supplies.
