I have decades of management experience. The managers I worked with at NIC were exceptionally competent with a great attitude.However, even they cannot overcome the overall culture within this very large company, which has lost its way. Many things worked well but they are a very inconsistent company and tend to shoot themselves in the foot with foolish, easily rectifiable errors in their processe...

Not a fun company to work for

They will have you out for 4 in the morning to be at a site In Flintshire for 6 then your not getting home till 6 plus when you do get home there's more work to be done on your laptop it's mayhem and to top it off your cleaners can walk away earning more money than you and your the manager if you love working really hard for very little pay then NIC is for you but I would advise to stay away it's ...

No Job is guaranteed.

Needs a dedicated recruitment team.Client is too needy. Their staff don't follow their own rules.They expect a champagne service but are only willing to pay a lemonade price.
