great career progression
I have been with NiC for 18 months and have been promoted 3 times, I started as an in store manager and I am now a regional manger which comes with amazing benefits including a company car! Amazing support from my colleagues, I got back what I put in which is rare.

Excellent career progression!
I started off as an in store cleaning manager in Glasgow, shortly after this I was promoted to Area supervisor, I done that for 6 months then I was promoted again to Area manager! I have been with the company for a year now and can't believe how much I've learnt and grown from my experience with NiC!

Sliding descent into depression
I was told after being offered the job that I'd have thirteen weeks training to become a cleaning supervisor, i figure great, a step up the ladder already. WRONG. I received one night of training from the guy i replaced, only to wait over a year before having "supervisor" marked on the timesheet, not paid for it or actually being told that's my job now, I've given all i can be bothered to give... ...

Worst cleaning Company, constantly employed staff then sack them within 6 weeks, incorrect wages, 2 weeks lying time, don't get paid for those 2 weeks,made up Excuses when you asked about your shortfall in wages. Large turnover in staff, sickness, nasty manager. Constantly changing your Rotas STAY WELL AWAY

Worst cleaning company out
Worked for Nic cleaning on behalf of morrisons, store Manager was abruptly watching you at every turn, followed you up the aisle, and toilets and stood at a spillage everytime on shop floor watching you clean it up, constantly moaned and complaining at every turn.
