Lots of work for the time you get but don't get no hassle if jobs are done your left to it really, no equipment etc is a realty unfortunately, management hard to get hold of when needed, staffing also problematic

I enjoyed working for the company at first then when management changed the job changed and it became not a good company to work for

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Working with a good team helps .... but upper management not good What is a typical day like for you at the company?Starting early which is ok .... but having to do 2 or 3 people's jobs some days without help is not good.... and having to work some weeks without days off

Great job so far, cleaner manager really great and considerate. Timely payment of salary, payslip easily accessible on the company site. The shifts are really flexible.

Terrible

I expect hard work, but they don't pay properly. The contract has £11, but the salaried one has £10.They couldn't even correct the payment in two days, they deducted double the tax, they spent less time, szornyu.Don't work for them.

Poor management and poor communication from other colleagues also the management with pay was absolutely poor towards there staff I had to wait 2 months before they had paid me a full month STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Hard work

Working for NIC has been overall good get paid on time wages always right. Down side is 5 audits a month, means you never get time to enjoy the job it's always chasing the the next green audit. Sometimes it consumes you and makes staff feel overworked and unappreciated. Wagescould be better for theearly starts and late finish's

Constantly belittled

Managers always talk down on you criticising your work. Try to make you stay longer than contracted hours. In all an awfull experience and dont wish it on anyone. Time inside prison would surely be better.

Too much stress for a cleaner to take on Morrisons staff a pleasure to work around nic is not so great forced to work overtime (which shouldn’t be compulsory but your made to do it).!!

Asked to move coop as the one I'm working at is far to small and some childish behaviours was told no basically get paid on the 12 done loads of overtime so I'm praying I get paid what I've worked

don't care about colleagues and absolutely no loyalty to them . don't accept there terms and conditions or pay there dues ie bonuses and deny ever offering such benefits

Not good place to work

Unstable hours, no support from hygiene manager. Store management are very harsh and commanding, working hard but no one cares. Cant get holidays too because no one can cover you

NIC has been a great company to work for, they do care very much regarding staffing, and I have been fortunate to have excellent management team. Sorry leave, maybe go back in the future.

Always have a place of contact, if needed. This is a huge bonus

Terrible company to work for

Dont bother, terrible company to work for . Expected to work 24/7 with little or no help. When you do go home your inundated with emails that if you dont answer asap you are threatened with a warning. Company is full of people that have no clue what they are doing and are giving the job because they are friends with the area managers.

long hours they expect you to work long hours because bad contract with client.they don't pay any hours over you contract even if you do very bad management the company is as good as management, HR don't really care about your problem ,they look after them self i have work more 13 hours per day not been allow to take breaksto any one thinking to work for NIC please don't

The company doesn't bother me only see manager when need cleaning items. Doesn't bother me or really check up on me but that's how I myself like it just get on with the job
