Really good management friendly people enjoyed my time with these great company met a really good friend there aswell

I just really enjoyed my time with NIC met a really good friend in Thai company aswell as a boss called Sunny had some good cracks and dealt with issues straight away

Pros

Laid back asking as the goals was achieved in the day

not funy to work

long hours they expect you to work long hours because bad contract with client.they don't pay any hours over you contract even if you do very bad management the company is as good as management, HR don't really care about your problem ,they look after them self i have work more 13 hours per day not been allow to take breaksto any one thinking to work for NIC please don't

Best job Iv had absolutely lived it

I was a area supervisor over seeing 31 Tesco express and metro stores loved itLoads of support from my area managerI was on good pay Paid on time dealing with the office very goodWould still be there had the Tesco contract hadn’t come to an end

It is what you would expect

Start work at 5:30am, do 3 hours of the same work, go home, rinse and repeat. Management is amicable until you need their help, but at the shop I was in charge of cleaning; the staff were friendly. The cleaning cupboards were in a dire state when I first discovered them - seems ironic to clean the shop when the equipment was in such condition - there are no facilities available to wash the cloths used to wipe surfaces.

Pros

Friendly boss, quick responses from tech support, quick to learn the job, independent work, shop staff (the shop I was in charge of cleaning) were friendly.

Cons

No overtime pay, start work at 5:30am, unresponsive management if there is an issue, no coworkers, little safety equipment for the more bizarre cleaning jobs.
