Cleaning Operative (Former Employee) - Staffordshire - 13 September 2023

Job was ok but basic with no perks. Lots of probs within the company and with the staff. Good boss though who was very fair and supportive and decent work environment.

Unfortunately wasn't the best company to work for always understaffed expected to do work of several people.. complained we had no cleaning products and rude management and the said I was slandering them. Stressful as terrible communication. Then suddenly I'm took our spoken with an attitude.

Hard work

The hardest part of the job is putting liners in cage's and those liners don't fit so you stretch them and they split.need bigger liners.also learning the small machine was daunting. The most enjoyable is finishing the job.you go get on with the job then go home.hours to long on the weekends,due to cleaning the bakery.
