Temp manufacturing staff in TC2

It's a Production Line.

Most roles on the main lines at Nissan have a single ultimate goal and all things are done in pursuit of this goal. The work is reasonably easy although had a very steep learning curve, and it is constant. Management was not very consistent, but that was mostly because of the decisions made by the people in the offices, nothing to do with the line staff managers.

Game over

Horrible place to work, team leaders, supervisors, anyone with a bit power just treats you like poo.The line is way to fast so your constantly running around for the hole of the shift which is 9hrs a day as they is always overtime called and they will never let you have it off, also you pretty much have to beg for a holiday and proof why you want that day/days off.COVID-19 social distancing forget that none of that goes on in there and they is no hand sanitizer anywhere to be found but u do get a mask which is made by Nissan and not very well but will last you about a good 10mins if your lucky before it snaps.Basically if your going to apply for a job at Nissan honestly your better off in prison.

Mostly a good company to work for but political and micromanagement culture

No consideration for workload and families. Heavily KPI driven and little care for people.Stressful political environment in certain functions.However, great products, salary, pension and car.

Awful bullying environment don’t trust them

Unfortunately not a great experience was bullied from day one by two senior managers there’s a bullying culture within the organisation and all senior managers are aware of this and it was encouraged
