Answered by Nobilis Homecare5 March 2020Yes. Our care Co ordinator is second to none, she constantly tries her best to fulfil all requirements for staff and clients although she often doesn't get recognised for the effort she puts in. Specifically from clients as they always expect more not understanding the volume of work required to cover. Staff are however expected to work alternate weekends and often think this can be changed once established.
