Care companies are much of a muchness. You don't do it for the owners, as typically things change depending on their goal and what they hope to achieve, which is usually money orientated.
I personally love going to work for the variation, the clientele and the team we have built up within the company. We support each other and enjoy our roles.I love working for Nobilis. They give you so much support. Their training is quality, they spend a lot of time making sure all the staff are well looked after and happy. It’s a proper family!
You could find a nicer company who care genuinely about their staff
