On average, how many hours do you work a day at Nobilis Homecare?

Part-time & full-time roles available. Shifts are mornings or evenings. Alternate weekends.

It depends on your availability, you can either do a 7-2 shift or a 2-22:30. Sometimes more flexible hours can be considered.

A typical day depending on what shift you are doing would begin at 7am with calls ranging from 30mins to generally one hour and then travel time (between 5 mins and 15 mins) to get to the next client and finish around 1.30pm - 2pm, an afternoon shift can start at 4pm and end at 10pm again with time in between each client. It is up to each individual to agree with the coordinator their agreed pattern of working and availability so you know which days you are working. You also have the option to pick up shifts via the portal in which you can choose the clients and hours in which you want to commit to on what day.
You must commit to alternate weekends.
For contacted hours hours staff you would already have agreed a working pattern and would have access to the staff portal to know which clients etc and with bank contract you would arrange your availability in advance with the Co ordinator by communicating what shifts you are prepared to commit to and again access your rosta via staff portal to find out clients etc

The company does expect employees to work alternate weekends and some evenings but they are flexible in terms of preferred days

The hours are quite set. They will ask your availability and work with a middle ground which works for both of you. You must be able to start early and finish late. Every other weekend is essential.

I work 7am-10:30pm 5.5 days a week but only am paid for close to 37.5 hours lots of gaps between calls

You work 15.5 hours, you get paid about 7 if your lucky!!!!!
