Good company to work for
Like many people here I have been employed by Noble Foods for several years, I have been here for 31 years Clearly a lot depends on people's attitude and expectations but I have no issues whatsoever with Noble Foods or the Management team The Management team are fair and very approachable and are not afraid to be hands on when required Social distancing and hygiene measures are monitored and enforced

Shocking management
So called production manager just sits drinking coffee all day, except when telling staff they need to work extra shifts. Site manager turns a blind eye to all poor practices. Social distancing in place, no monitoring or enforcement. The only time the management show any work ethic is when an audit is coming up and then expect the hygiene team to have a gleaming machine with very limited staffing numbers. No fun or enjoyment about this place of work. No progression route for career.
