If you were in charge, what would you do to make Noble Foods a better place to work?

  • Train people properly, let them know from off where all the stuff they need to do their job is kept, where cleaning stuff is, improve communication all along the line , rotate staff on jobs. 11 hour days doing same thing day in day out tedious and not work people like dogs. Seems to be all at once or nothing at all packing and three breaks in an 11 hour shift not two. Plenty of water stations within factory as its warm and you quickly dehydrate.

  • Sack all transport ‘managers’ and planners! To much favouritism towards the blue eyed boys! The place is a complete joke and I’m handing in my notice today, it has become an embarrassment to work here at Standlake!

  • Sack seamer mill office staff it runs better with the mill staff

  • Knock seamer mill down build new one on industrial estate and sack the office staff and start fresh

  • Night shift should have 30 mins break on stead of 45 plus so they can get more overtime

  • I'd change everything that there not doing now.

  • New management
