Avoid at all costs

If job is going well, things are OK. If and when it goes wrong, the management hide and refuse to answer your call. Drivers wages largely incorrect most weeks. No uniforms for drivers probisd or considered. No petty cash float for a depot with 18 staff.

Decent

Not going to lie, great place to work aslong as you can make due with the wages. Management are relaxed and planners actually listen and respect the drivers feed back, never trying to force the extra job. Facilities are decent never stayed at a layby, either at ports or in their yards which have cooking facilities and hot hot showers.Other drivers are helpful and dont mind a call in early hours ...
