Temp worker - Data cleanser
Hard to talk about pay as I'm on the temp register but generally it is a great team to work for and I can't fault much. Things can take longer than needed because of all the people needed to approve something in procedures but other than that it has been a pleasure to work in the department. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My manager in particular is great to work for, as someone who has worked under bad management this is something that really sticks out.Site Manager in Norfolk

Early starts, no help, overworked! In 5 simple words
Great start in this job but sadly after a few years things change, broken promises and work commitments stretched. Staff were nice but some only giving fake kind words.Procurement Officer in Norwich, Norfolk

Great place to work
Current employee, fantastic place to work with good home/life balance and salary benefits. Cannot compare to other organisations within the public sector as this is my first role in the civil service.Reablement Liaison Officer- Adult Social Services in Norwich

Bullying and intimidation
Management are unsupportive and are frequently not available. I wouldn’t recommend working for this company . There is a lot of management intimidation. Practice Coordinator in Dereham

Productive and fun workplace
Working from home is great. More productive and everything is in place to aid this. Budget for 2nd screen or desk available. Need good wi fi connection. What would you say about your employer?
