Management like headless chicken
Managers can't be bothered to sort things out. Pass responsibility down to control. Favourite staff prioritised. Poor communication. Little support for staff. Will call at inconvenient times to go in to work.

Oversized, Outdated, Not great to work for
Not a great place to work overall. Limited onsite parking, outdated technology that hinders homeworking, poor training and a tiny office that's too small to handle the existing workforce. Really don't recommend this company if you have a learning disability.
General Assistant (Part-time) in Norwich

Management have no idea what is happening on the ground.
This company doesn’t care about its staff at all, management is outdated and old fashioned . Norse used to be a great company to work for but it’s gradually outgrown itself and management have lost touch with what’s really happening. Pay difference between cooks and catering staff is minimal ,overtime is never paid but always expected, cooks get paid a lot less than chefs but do the same job. The teams work well when the staff turn up but most are under appreciated and stressed out. The attitude is as long as the jobs getting done everything is fine.
