  • I am absolutely embarrassed to say I worked for North West Ambulance Service, such a horrible culture and place to work. Did not realise they had a reputation for being a bullying culture until experiencing it.

  • Proud initially — which soon turned to slightly embarrassed really...

  • Proud as a paramedic ...not so proud of the state and workings of NWAS.

  • It is a very busy working environment, a professional & disciplined organisation and helping to care for and transporting Patients is very rewarding.
    I find that it provides me with a lot of job satisfaction.
