Staff are pushed to breaking point which results in high turn over. At some point they will run out of willing staff.
Different rules for different people. If someone is in more money than me they should do more hours and have more stress. The managers always absent when needed. Should have been all over the work and checking quality and accuracy but they did not care and had no knowledge of specialist areas managing. Take back in-house NHS the money can be better spent on 2020.
