Northern Energy Careers and Employment

team leader in Lincolnshire

A typical day at work for me is deciding what village to canvass; pick my team up, knock on doors, go home and then do reports what I learned about this job was to confidently sell to people, learn everything about the company and being able to use that to teach my team to the best possible standard to sell to people at doors. Management is great because its a small company so I can liase easily with head office whenever a problem occurs. The hardest part of the job is selling to people who don't want the product. This is when I can use my knowledge and skills to promote the product and be able to sell the product in the end. The most enjoyable part is my team of canvassers, they are all young individuals like myself so we have good competition and a laugh but they are very hard working and get the job done.
