Challenging at times
After your initial training the qualified salary is good with a range of benefits. Weekends are very challenging due to overcrowding and no forward planning or investment in additional trains/carriages. Morning shifts are a lot better.

Great place for progression
Lots of opportunities for development, all of my experiences with management have been positive. Flexible working hours. Recruitment process took a long time from applying to receiving an interview.

OK but work is very hard
All the hard work is left for night shift cleaners while the day shift do next to nothing. No sick pay for a year even when your injured on the job.

Great workplace
Great place to work with good perks. Can be challenging at times (passengers) but no pressure from management and nice people to work with. Shifts and holidays allocated but can swap with colleagues.
