    Awful place to work
Bullying from staff, not supportive at all only bothered about targets. Don’t put staff well-being first and staff not educated to deal with issues and think colouring is acceptable as a form of support for children and young people. Rude staff that are in line management positions and have no idea on people skills or how to help and support staff. High staff turn over staff feel demoralised. Awful place to work high staff turn over would not recommend this service at all Micro management

Amazingly supporting and friendly place to work
Ok, so we are not the richest employees if you check out our pay packets, but what we are rich in, is a wonderful work environment, of sincere, friendly supporting people all with the same aim in life - to support young people and families.Holiday allowance is fantastic. Northorpe Hall building and grounds is idyllic and the roles offer you real job satisfaction by allowing you to demonstrate your skills and adapt your approach on an individual basis with families and young people - what are you waiting for?
