Organisation is poor

Very poor, inexperienced, weak management little strategy and poor future planning, staff under valued. Organisation needs closing and starting again under new board and management with clear objectives and transparency to the staff.

Positive environment

Vibrant and fast paced organisation to work for. Focussed on the delivery of community sport - grass roots to improve the health and wellbeing of children and adults particularly in deprived areas. The role was very varied and staff are given development opportunities which supports staff moving in to other roles.
