Like with any job in this sector it is very full on, hours can be long and lots of clients to cover. Office is helpful and try to accommodate where they can. Novus pay is very good compared to other care companies, with paid holidays and travel. Overall the care sector is very demanding at the moment, so if your happy to give up a lot of your life to help others then this is perfect but otherwise not much of a work/life balance. This isn’t a poke a Novus though, it’s care in general!

Great place to work and lovely staff

The office staff are lovely and are really nice and understanding.All the other carers are really nice as well, it's a hard job but that's the industry in general.They pay more then other care companies in the area and I feel valued and rewarded in the work that I do.

Really pleased to of found this company, after having my family I never thought I’d get back into my car job that I love so very much! But even with my small family at home the manager managed to arrange for me to get back to the work I loved so much they are always very understanding of my home life and the manager and office girls are always very welcoming! The staff I work with are absolutely fantastic and are always willing to help, wouldn’t work anywhere else!
