  • Been working here for 5 weeks and have had no issues. Great staff, no hassle, straight to the point and I enjoy my work

  • Talk the talk, but don’t walk the walk, everything they do is a tick box exercise, people are in most cases afraid to speak out, as they are in fear of being victimised or losing their jobs.

  • Worst place I've worked. All the charity work they do is just a front to make them look like a good company when in fact they are horrible.

  • Overworked underpaid lied to used for dangerous jobs management is all about making bonuses from there employee's hard work with no respect for the health and safety of any worker used hundreds of pounds to pay for there meterials to complete jobs on time all ways under pressure 5 years in still a supervisor for this terrible company. Had a fall in work after 12hrs when I repeatedly asked for more help on site now I only get ssp to support my family and novus say it was my own fault so please Avoid this company like the plague unless you want to be in as much pain as me with no care at all from the entire Novus family!
