Productive and Interesting place to work.

The work hours are a bit unusual. It's a old place with alot of old machinery. There seems to be alot of Directors for a small company. Work load is busy to quiet.

Supportive environment

At NP (Morgan Advanced Materials) there was a strong support network throughout the company. everyone was motivated to get the job done to meet customer deadlines. The management are very proactive to encourage their teams to work to the best of their abilities and were keen to help you increase your knowledge base to help improve your skills

A typical day is always busy, learnt different computer systems, and various accounting roles.

4 years ago when I joined it was a really enjoyable place to work, everybody was treated as an equal from the MD right down to the cleaner. Now we have been taken over my a new company it has gone down hill badly.
