Job is ok, drivers, warehouse staff etc are all very friendly to get on with but the Management have a bullying culture, very sarcastic and talk down to you if your not in their bubble , no sympathy if you have problems outside or work,

Management don’t have a clue
The management team don’t understand the job role that we do it’s us staff that run the depot.The just sit behind closed doors and get a big fat pay check we are under paid for what we do.

There are many problems at nrs the managers have no communication with staff and often ignore the and the organisation of the day to tasks are shocking as there are many complaints from service users wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone

Toxic
Toxic environment, staff are underpaid and not valued. Management are a joke. The place is just shocking. Customer service staff are underpaid for what they do.
