This can vary depending on the role you are applying for. There is usually a telephone interview and if successful, an invite to a formal one. A lot of our interviews are competency based and our questions will reflect this.

A lot of our roles tend to be competency based. There is a lot of information online on how to prepare for these types of interview. Dressing smart and coming prepared with everything you have been asked to bring is also good practise.
