A lot of our roles tend to be competency based. There is a lot of information online on how to prepare for these types of interview. Dressing smart and coming prepared with everything you have been asked to bring is also good practise.
There is such a massive turnover of staff, so If your willing to work hard for low wages and take abuse everyday without complaining, "welcome to the team"!

Good question. At NRS we like to meet and interview mainly on a competency based scenario. For Driving roles there will also be a driving assessment.
