Childish and unsatisfactory
Terrible management with a hire them fire them mentality. My manager actually said easy come easy go at a team meeting devastating moral

No moraleHorrendous , one sided.
At the beginning it was good. Good banter but work was done and some bonuses earned.
Since a new manager arrived about 11-12 months ago morale dropped massively, his management style is shocking and this person is afraid to confront certain staff or convey important information clearly and properly.
