Our interviews will vary to suit each and every different career we have in our organisation. In some cases there may be telephone interviews or assessment centres and in others just face to face interviews. Our advice would be to always take time to prepare, understand the job description and have a think about how you may answer competency based interview questions. We would always encourage everyone to dress smart for an interview with us. If your interview involves any assessments where smart dress isn't encouraged then our recruitment team would illustrate this to you in your interview invitation.

Look into who we are and what we do. Think of why you want to work for Nuffield and why you want to do the role you are applying for. Other than that, we hire on attitudes and behaviors so do think of scenarios that align with our CARE values (these can be found on our careers page)

If the advert is a Corporate Nuffield at a Bank or Law firm please apply you will have the best experience and the client has the final say so and this is usually a good thing and you be protected. However, if is a Consumer site and is run solely by Nuffield, you will be faced with impossible targets and your job will be dangled in front of you at every opportunity. On the surface, senior and higher manager will pretend they are giving you all the tools to be successfull when it fact, they are covering themselves for when they kick you to the curb. General Managers and regional mangers protect themselves and there is literally no one to speak to when things start to go wrong, HR for this company must be the worst I have ever encountered, they are awful and are impossible to contact. They always see to be around when it is time to fire you. This company will put you in deep deep depression and Consumer Nuffield will make you leave the fitness industry all together.
