What is the organisational culture at Nuffield Health?

  • Lazy, inadequate, incompetent management who treat their admin staff with very little respect. Admin staff are not even given a company induction, and are very rarely given company updates. I found it quite humiliating. Don't join unless you enjoy being treated like an automaton who simply goes in, does what they are told, and goes home again.

  • Poor management who are obsessed with sales targets but have issues actually correctly filling out forms or even storing personal details properly. There's alot of 'delegation' which just results in alot of work done by a few and the rest do very little.

  • The management think the world revolves around them to the stage of absolute dilusuion when they are actually just arrogant and lazy, most of the staff are actually decent people thou that needs mentioning.

  • Bullying, favouritism, poor management

  • Not for profit charity business with monthly targets to achieve. Culture will depend on the month and the performance of the individual club. If you are into your health and fitness this is possible the best company to be with.

  • Good communication and training throughout my stay there. CEO etc. constantly making visits to see if things are up t standard. Good ethos.
