What happened Durham
Support Worker (Former Employee) - Durham - 20 May 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedUsed to love working here! Great culture, lovely staff, approachable and friendly office staff, could drop in whenever and chat. No problem to big or too small for the manger to handle. The manager has moved to another branch and has been replaced with her polar opposite! Unapproachable, less friendly, more condescending, less professional, and just not a people person. The office staff don’t even appear happy and they’re trying so hard to make up for his lack of people skills. Such a shame, it really was a fantastic office with excellent service.
Pros
There are other branches in the area
Cons
Lack of leadership

HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT (Former Employee) - St Helens, Merseyside - 13 May 2022
Been a while since I workedfor this company, but staff were supportive and knowledgeable. Training was enjoyable and not too over bearing. Shifts were offered on a regular basis, so it was easy to pick and choose shift that benefitted my personal circumstances. Staff offering the shifts were always polite and helpful with any advice needed.

I’ve worked for Nurseplus for almost a year and they have been brilliant giving me the chance to start as a carer without having any previous experience, and giving me support and reassurance when I needed it. I recommend Nurseplus for anyone who wants to start a career in care.
