Not enough work
Support worker (Former Employee) - Swindon - 27 January 2023
Furst of all I wasn't getting many shifts at all. Once I was six weeks without a shift. Therefore there is nothing else to worry about. There was no problems with the salary.
Pros
Training was good
Cons
Not enough work

No pressure agency
Support Worker (Current Employee) - Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear - 5 December 2022
Never any pressure to pick up unwanted shifts. Varying shifts to suit how the staff want to work. Friendly approachable office staff and will help you anyway they can

Fun place depending on where u work
Support Worker (Current Employee) - Bristol - 28 September 2022
Can be a fun places some services are a hit or miss but I’m enjoying my time working here. Once you find a place you like I would recommend you stay there instead of carrying on working with nurse plus
