Amazing line of work to be in for children with complex needs!!!
I have met some amazing strong children in my time with Nurture Care. It really pushes you to your limits as it’s such an emotional job. I have learnt many things by working alongside various skilled co-workers such as HCA’s and Nurses. Negative environment
Typical day at work in very nice when with the service users. But when I’m contact with the office, no comment. Learnt nothing. Didn’t even get offered training. Management is also another no comment because what management Hardest part of the job was getting discriminated against because of my culture Nothing enjoyable about this job.

Awful management
The service users and their families are amazing. Very kind and easy to communicate with. I really enjoyed working here. It made me feel good knowing that I’ve helped someone. However the management is absolutely awful. They do not care about you. I was going through medical issues to which they didn’t seem interested about, they only cared that I turned up to every shift even when I was in A&E. ...
