Caring company to work for
I have worked for Oakman Inns finance department for 18 months and would highly recommend them as an employer - they have been very supportive throughout my employment especially during the lockdowns even though the business hasn’t been tradingPrior to lockdown I visited several of the sites for meetings or personally for dinner with family and friends - service, quality of food and value for money have always been excellent

Avoid working here
Upon hiring you they promise you so many things which don't get fulfilled, management is very poor and everybody is on a zero hours contract so they make you very aware of that. All this place will give you is instability and unhappiness.
